Instruments • TyrellN6 no sound

Hi, I LOVE the U-He software synths. Recently I purchased Zebra Legacy. I also downloaded TyrellN6 from Amazon.de and installed it. However, when I access Tyrell from within Logic Pro, it doesn't respond to my keyboard (M-Audio Oxygen Pro61). Can someone help me to solve this? Support from U-He seems not available.
