Effects • MCCGenerator alternatives? (plugins used to modulate parameters of other plugins)

My use case: I'm using Reaper and Reaper only allows one modulator per parameter (via "parameter link").

My thought is that with MCCGenerator I can link the first knob (i.e. CC1), to a parameter in a plugin in reaper (let's say my filter cutoff on a synth) and then assign multiple modulators to that CC1 knob.

However, finding MCCGenerator a bit limited (I posted here about the limitation viewtopic.php?p=8890640#p8890640)

So I'm wondering if there are any alternatives I should try?

Criteria:

- Must have multiple modulators per instance (ie: Xfer LFOtool does not count as it will only modulate once per instance)
- must output either CC, CV, or have a knob that actually wiggles (that I can link to another parameter in reaper. By wiggles, I mean that serum for example the knob does not actually move).

Modulators I want to use:
- LFO
- MSEG
- Key-tracker / note-tracker / pitch-tracker (whatever you call it)
- Velocity mapping
- A sidechain modulator like bitwig's "audio sidechain" modulator would be nice but not necessary.

I'm already aware of the following plugins:

- Mmm https://gs-dsp.com/products/mmm/
- Digital Audio Modulation Processor https://dialogaudio.com/modulationprocessor/
- Cableguys midishaper

PS: please no "Why not just use bitwig". It's a great DAW, but I'm moving from it cos i only modulate these things on the odd occasion and reaper fits most of my needs 90% of the time better than bitwig does. Both are great DAWs, so please no DAW wars :)
