Hello,
I'm a casual hobbyist music producer mostly dabbing on electronic music.
However I love to play with different instruments and music genres.
Unfortunately I have not found any really good electric guitar VST emulation, I have RealLPC, Shreddage 3, AmpleSounds Ample Guitar and some other less know. They kinda work but always let me wanting for more.
I see some people recommending Electri6ity but I don't want to invest on a 10 years old VST that in its videos sound also like a cheap plastic guitar toy. Is that good?
My guess is not, but is there no better guitar VST already done or in the works?
In example, IMHO, drums are already solved, they sound better that anything I could get from a live record session, also some of the Audio Modeling SWAM VSTs are very good, I showed them to my friend that has studied in a classical music conservatory and he says that they sounds a little weird in some ranges and certain velocities, but for me, I can't differentiate the real from the VST.
I'd love something like that for guitars.
