Hi everyone, first post here since I have yet to receive a solution from Tracktion customer support. I have Waveform 13 Free, and last week I purchased the Midi Producer expansion pack. The expansion pack is not showing up in the Download Manager, and it still appears as "Locked" in the Settings>Licensing section in Waveform even after refreshing the list. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both WF13 and the Download Manager, but that didn't help either. All other plugins/vsts from Tracktion have showed up and installed successfully from the Download Manager-- it's just the expansion pack that won't appear at all. And of course, when I try to install the expansion pack manually from the "My Downloads" section of the Tracktion site (where it does show that I own the expansion pack), it says I have to use the Download Manager. It's frustrating because Waveform is the DAW that has clicked with me the most as far as interface/workflow, so I really want to keep using it!
