HoRNet Plugins • CLMS - Unable to install the plugin

Hello!
I bought CLMS plugin yesterday but I am not able to install it from download manager. I get this message : "unable to install the plugin".
This happens only with CLMS not the other plugins in my account. I tried to install vst2 and vst3 versions but I have the same issue.
