Listening online I really want to love LuSH-2 and the samples I have heard do a lot really well, but when I compare to Diva and others it just seems more thin and lacking in richness at the lower end, while Diva, Dune, and others really sound more full to me. Is this a common take?
I know Dune and LuSH are kind of apples to oranges to compare - very different missions as synths - but that's one gap in sound that really stood out to me.
I absolutely love d16's stuff but for some reason LuSH isn't *quite* doing it for me and I was wondering if this was a common take.
I am kind of looking for a VA - I have the "do everything" synths way more than covered with Phase Plant, Pigments, Synthmaster, Vital, etc. Dune would be closer to those or to Hive than to LuSH but not going to lie, I am really loving Dune 3's timbre and tones in the samples I have heard so far.
I know, in the end, no real substitute for grabbing demos of them all and playing around but I wanted to see if what I am experiencing here is something others have noticed.
