Ample Sound • AMPLE BASS P: no output signal

Hello,

Just installed Ample Bass P on Mac Sonoma 14.4.
Installation succeeded, samples are correctly mapped.
But no sound is coming out of the audio: checked the settings-tab. I also see nothing happening on the interface, neither by a guitar input signal (through UA Apollo interface), neither by tapping the keyboard on the interface itself.

I uninstalled and reinstalled program and sample library.
I run in rectangles stand alone to test: same issue. Nothing seems to be inputted nor outputted.

Any ideas or help to get me started 'with' sound.
