Effects • Midi-Out-Plugin VST3: Velocity Change?

Hi,

is there a VST3 Midi-Out-plugin that adds or substracts a specific value to/from the velocities of the incoming notes?
I would like to use it in Patchwork Synth with e.g. Kontakt 7 in Cubase. Because there's only Kontakt 7 as VST3 I have to use Bluecats Patchwork Synth VST3 and load vst3 plugins into it (e.g. Piz midi VST2 is unstable in Cubase 13).

(I know about the midi modifiers in Cubase, but they are useless in my case, because the setup is more complex: in Patchwork synth I have multiple instances of ripchord in parallel, generating multiple chords from an incoming single note. After every Ripchord I have a synth or sampler playing another Chord. Between a ripchord and a synth, I want to add/substract a specific velocity value for all notes of the chord.

I also dont want to use one Midi Track and multiple instruments in Cubase because the Mute-Solo handling is very shitty. So using Patchwork synth on one Track, with multiple synths plugins in it an route it to multiple outs seems the only/simplest solution).
