i said something like "why don't you sell all that gear and retire"
that got me thinking about retirement
mine is many many many years away but it's coming, eventually
i'm a slacker, i worked/work as little as possible and so
my pension isn't going to be large
i've been reading about the conditions of pension
it seems that one doesn't have to stay in one's country to receive it
so i thought, "i could live cheaper elsewhere"
but where?
the first country that i am researching is...
argentina
why?
it's because currently, one american dollar equals 855 argentine pesos
plus, the rent is so low there

maybe your country might be a choice to retire in
