Bitwig • Clap Plugin API version for a specific Bitwig version

Hello,

Is there a documentation somewhere to know which Clap Plugin API version is implemented in a specific Bitwig version?

I am writing a Clap plugin and I can't seem to access the track info such as the track name, see https://github.com/free-audio/clap/blob ... info.h#L36

I am wondering if the track info extension is implemented in my bitwig version.
